Police Investigate Indecent Exposure Incident In Brandywine Park
WILMINGTON, Del., (CBS) ‑‑ Wilmington Police are investigating an indecent exposure incident in Brandywine Park.
The incident happened around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday.
According to police, an off duty Delaware State Police Trooper was jogging in the park when she saw a man masturbating as he sat under the pavilion on a bench.
Police say the suspect ran up the hill towards Lovering Avenue after the victim confronted him.
The suspect is described as a White male, 25-to-30-years-old, 5'10", thin build, and short brown hair. He was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black jogging shorts, and blue sneakers.
The investigation is ongoing.
