Police Investigate Crash Into Gloucester Township Storefront
GLOUCESTER Twp., N.J. (CBS) – Police in Gloucester Township are investigating an incident in which a vehicle crashed into a local storefront, Monday afternoon.
Just after 4:30 p.m., police responded to the 1700 block of Williamstown Road for a reported crash.
Upon arrival, officers found a 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander had crashed through the storefront.
Police say the store's front façade was heavily damaged, but building inspectors later deemed the damage to be non-structural.
The crash remains under investigation by the Gloucester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit.
