Police In New Jersey Searching For Robbery Spree Suspect

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) - On surveillance video, the man in a grey hoodie, baseball hat and jeans appears at ease as he gets himself a cup of coffee at the 7-11 on Church Street in Gloucester Township around 11 p.m. Thursday.
When he places the coffee on the counter as if he is going to buy it, his demeanor changes.
"He actually pulls a knife from somewhere on his person and actually threatens the clerk," says Captain Anthony Minosse.
He also demands money. The robbery suspect then jumps on the counter and takes cash from the drawer. He is believed to be the same man who robbed at knife point another 7-11 in the township Friday night.
"He's able to get his money and leave the store without injuring anyone," Minnose says.
Nearby Washington Township Police Captain Richard Leonard believes the same white male with a short goatee robbed the TD Bank on Route 42 at Ganntown Road around 2 p.m. on Friday.
"He then passes a note to a teller asking for an undetermined amount of money," says Leonard.
He says there's a shopping center there and it's on a major highway and the suspect wasn't the least bit discouraged.
Four police departments in Gloucester and Camden counties are now comparing notes on the suspect.
"The jeans, the sneakers that he appears to be wearing as well as the hat and sweatshirt all appear to be very similar," says Leonard.
Could a man captured on camera robbing a Cherry Hill 7-11 on Kings Highway Sunday morning be the same suspect? Police says it's possible and it's being investigated. The suspect also wore a red bandana over the lower part of his face but his size and clothing description are similar to the other cases.
West Deptford Police is also looking into a knifepoint robbery Sunday night. The suspect matches the description in the other three robberies.
