Woman's Body Found In Kensington
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are investigating the discovery of a woman's body in Kensington early Tuesday morning.
The body was found at about 4 a.m. in the 3200 block of H. Street, near the intersection of Kensington and Allegheny Avenues.
Investigators say the victim, who is believed to be in her 20s, is being labeled as a Jane Doe because she was not carrying any identification.
Detectives and the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's office are checking out the victim. It is not known if foul play is involved.
An autopsy is planned to determine the woman's exact cause of death.
The death remains under police investigation.
