PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A limousine driver has been shot to death in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood. He was found shot in the face after his limousine crashed into several parked cars.
Police were originally called for a car accident after the Lincoln Towncar -- owned by Condor Car and Limo Service -- hit the parked cars along the 4900 block of Bingham Street near Rockland Street.
But when they arrived, Chief Inspector Scott Small says they found the driver, identified by police as Sebastian Nunez, with a gunshot wound to his face.
"On their arrival they found a 52-year-old limousine driver slumped over the front seat -- driver's seat of his vehicle. Fire department paramedics pulled up on the scene pronounced him dead at 11:25 p.m."
Small says a preliminary investigation shows the shot may have come from the rear seat of the limo.
Witnesses say they saw three younger men running from the scene. And Small says police tracked down one person matching the description. He says that man had blood on him and was taken to Police Homicide Division, where he's being questioned.
No charges have been filed at this time, as the hunt continues for the other two.
