By John McDevitt
NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (CBS) -- Police, the FBI, volunteers and K-9 teams continue to search for a 13-year-old Delaware county boy who has been missing since Wednesday.
Cayman Naib was last seen inside his Newton Square home around 6:30 Wednesday night.
He is in the 8th grade at the Shipley School in Bryn Mawr.
His family says he got an e-mail from school saying if he did't turn in a project he was going to fail the class.
"He had a homework assignment, the school sent an e-mail saying he hadn't turned it in and he was going to fail the course, he panicked and ran out," says Cayman's father Farid Naib. "You know this is a good kid, he has never done anything like this before. He has got no behavioral issues, no substance abuse or anything like that."
The boy disappeared shortly after that.
"Volunteers have put up flyers pretty much everywhere Reading Terminal, 30th Street, and all through Philadelphia on South Street, etc." says Naib, "You know from the Western suburbs into Philadelphia, there is pretty good coverage with flyers and the police, of course, are looking at anything and any lead."
Cayman may be wearing a a gray down coat, black ski pants and hiking boots.
He is Caucasian, 5'7", 110 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
A find Cayman Facebook page has been created with search updates.
