By Jim Melwert
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said as of Monday morning funeral arrangements were still not set for the late Officer Moses Walker Jr., who was fatally shot over the weekend. But, the Commissioner said Walker will be given full police honors, whenever that funeral does take place.

The reward for information leading to an arrest in this shooting had increased to $88,000 by Monday afternoon. Investigators hoped the increase in the reward money will bring someone forward with information.
Police Commissioner Ramsey said, "As of now, we really don't have anything concrete, but we are looking for one or two suspects that may have been involved in this. And again, it still looks like perhaps robbery was a motive. We don't know for sure -- won't know for sure until we have someone in custody."
