Police Arrest Suspect For Murder Of Man Found Inside Burning Car In Olney
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police have identified the body found inside a burning car in Olney earlier this week.
On Sept. 3 around 7:47 p.m., police responded to the 6100 block of N. Lawrence Street for a vehicle on fire. Inside the dark Mitsubishi, they found the burned body of a male, later identified as 24-year-old Raffael Rivera.
An investigation revealed Rivera was also suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Friday, police arrested 21-year-old Antonio Rosario from the 4600 block of Rising Sun Avenue. They say the motive for the murder was an argument.
Rosario is charged with murder and related charges.
