Police: 26-Year-Old Shot And Killed In North Philadelphia On Monday

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- According to Philadelphia Police, a 26-year-old man was shot on Monday in North Philadelphia and later died at the hospital as a result of the injuries.

Police say the shooting occurred at 4:12 p.m on the 2500 block of Fairhill Street.

Authorities say that the victim was shot multiple times including in the chest, back and wrist.

Police add that the suspects in the shooting are three unknown males. Authorities say the three men were in a dark colored sedan.

The suspect was transported to Temple University Hospital and was pronounced dead at 4:33 p.m.

No arrests have been made and no weapon has been recovered at this time.
