Pit Bulls Stolen During Home Invasion In Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police say two dogs were stolen during an early morning home invasion Monday.
The incident happened at about 1:30 a.m. in a home in the 6900 block of Linmore Avenue in the city's Elmwood section.
According to investigators, two suspects knocked on the door and burst into the home after the homeowner answered the door.
The suspects, who were armed, beat up the homeowner. The suspects then took cell phones, nearly $400 in cash and two adult pit bulls.
So far, no arrests have been made.
