Philly Soccer Show: Long Road Back
By Greg Orlandini
CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — The Philadelphia Union's playoff hopes took a massive hit this week, and the team will try to right the ship as they visit the equally struggling New England Revolution.
KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch talk with Rev's coach Jay Heaps this week on the KYW Philly Soccer Show.
In part one, the first-year coach and former New England player talks about the up-and-down season his team has had.
The team saw a 3-0 lead turn into a 3-3 draw against Chivas USA, which dented their own playoff hopes.

In part two, a heartbreaking loss to the Columbus Crew has all but torpedoed the Union's playoff chances (see game story).
August has been a cruel month for the Union. The team, which is winless in five matches, is struggling in front of goal, scoring only three times in the last five games.
Also, the team is embroiled in a bit of a controversy with one of its star players. Freddy Adu has seen his playing time fluctuate and has voiced his concerns over the situation.
