PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Finally. FINALLY -- the Major League Soccer season is upon us!
After a seemingly endless and controversial off season, the Philadelphia Union is set to take the field Monday, on the road, against the Portland Timbers. The KYW Philly Soccer Show is here to help get you ready for the game.
In part one, KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch talk with Timbers' coach John Spencer. The Scotland native, who had a distinguished player career both in MLS and Europe, talks about guiding the Timbers to their second season. He also talks about what it will be like facing the Union in the Timbers' home opener.

In part two, Greg and Eli preview the game against Portland. The Union's preseason was an eventful one, with the high-profile departures of forward Sebastein Le Toux and goalkeeper Faryd Mondragon.
The team will have a second-year goalkeeper in Zac MacMath and a new-look attack up front. We get into what possible formations the team may play this year. We give our predictions for the game and even look ahead to the home opener against the Colorado Rapids.
