Philly Soccer Show: Amobi Okugo and a Trial By 'Fire'
By Greg Orlandini
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- We've got two major guests this week on the KYW Philly Soccer Show as the Philadelphia Union gear up for a big match against the Chicago Fire.
Leading things off in part one, KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch are joined by Union midfielder/defender Amobi Okugo.
Through trades and injuries, Okugo has been playing central defense over the last several games and has thrived in that position. He talks about adjusting from his prefered holding midfielder position to defense, the team as it makes a push for the playoffs, and weighs in on the US Women's team and their gold medal win at the Olympics.
