Phillies/Rockies Game PPD; Doubleheader Sunday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) - Saturday night's game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Colorado Rockies has been postponed due to rain.
The game never started and it was called after a 2-hour, 49-minute delay.
The teams will now play a day/night doubleheader at Citizens Bank Park on Sunday.
Game 1 is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. and Game 2 is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
People with tickets to Saturday night's game can use them for Game 2.
Cole Hamels, who was scheduled to pitch for the Phillies Saturday night, will start Game 1 on Sunday. Tyler Cloyd will start Game 2.
The Phillies won 10 of their last 14 games but were still 18 games behind first-place Washington in the NL East.
