MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- Last year, some people called a Montgomery County baby the Phillies' good luck charm.

Annie Angstadt was a preemie in the hospital at the time dressed in hand-sewn Phillies clothes.

Sporting her Fightins' red and a bow in her hair, Angstadt was born into a Phillies family.

Now at 14 months old, Annie and her mom, Megan, are ready for a second consecutive trip to the World Series.

"This is a great team, they've worked really hard this year, and just being able to celebrate with them a parade in the city, it'll be great," Megan Angstadt said.

CBS Philadelphia first introduced you to Annie during last year's Red October. She was born nearly nine weeks early and weighed only 2 pounds.

The Phils were a welcome distraction for mom and dad as they watched the playoffs from inside the neonatal intensive care unit at Jefferson Abington Hospital.

The red and white pinstripes Annie wore leaving the NICU last year now fit on her teddy bear. She continues to grow stronger. She's now walking, weighs 16 pounds and was in the stands for three Phillies games this season.

"We're walking and getting into all kinds of trouble, keeping us busy," Megan Angstadt said.

Last year, Megan Angstadt and her husband said the Phillies provided hope for their family and they called Annie the Phillies' good luck charm.

This year, the couple has been watching the NLCS from their home in Willow Grove and they're hoping Annie can help again during a do-or-die Game 7.

"She sleeps during the games, but I think somehow she provides them with a little bit of luck don't ya? I think this teams got it. They got the heart, I think they can do it. We've seen the bats go every other game, so tonight is our night," Megan Angstadt said.

Mom may be a bit nervous, but Annie is ready for the Texas Rangers.
