Philadelphia Police Searching For Missing Endangered Person
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police in Philadelphia are searching for a missing endangered person.
Ivan Hinnant, a 24-year-old male with special needs, was last seen at his day program on the 2400 block of Penrose Avenue on Nov. 4th.
Hinnant is described as 6'0" and about 300 lbs with a heavy build, brown eyes, a medium complexion and low cut black hair. He was last seen wearing a cream colored shirt and black sweat pants.
Police say Hinnant is known to frequent the area of the Franklin Mills Mall.
