PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are hoping distinct tattoos can help identify a man's body that was found badly decomposed last August.
The man's decomposed and partially skeletonized body was found on Aug. 9.
Police released an artist rendering Monday of what the tattoos are believed to have looked like.
When authorities found the body, it was wrapped in an Eagles and pink-colored blankets. Police also found black and red Nike athletic shoes, as well as a dark-colored vest and a Timex brand women's Ironman triathlon watch with the body.
