Philadelphia Police On Scene Of Wissinoming Homicide
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are reportedly on the scene of a homicide in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section.
The shooting happened just after 10:30 p.m. on the 5700 block of Cottage Street.
Police say the 23-year-old victim was found shot four times on the second floor of a residence.
There is no further information at this time.
