Philadelphia Police Sergeant Injured After Cruiser Rear-Ended In Kensington
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia police sergeant has been taken to the hospital after being injured in an accident in Kensington. Investigators say another car rear-ended a police cruiser just before 7 a.m. Saturday on East Lehigh Avenue near Cedar Street.
The officer was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
There is no word on what caused the crash.
