Philadelphia Police Make Arrest In City Hall Vandalism Incident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police arrested a 26-year-old man Friday afternoon after they say he vandalized two doors at City Hall.
At about 11 a.m., police say Haneef Cooper of North Philadelphia threw green paint on the double doors located in the southwest corner of City Hall and then fled the area on foot.
At about 3:45 p.m., police apprehended Cooper who faces Criminal Mischief and related charges.
