Philadelphia Police Make Arrest In 2-Year-Old Hit And Run
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police have made an arrest in a two-year-old hit and run that happened in the city's Port Richmond section.
On April 10, 2011 around 2:25 a.m., 28-year-old William McCue was struck while crossing Richmond Street on his way home. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The striking vehicle fled the scene heading northbound on Richmond Street.
The car was recovered the following morning, and an investigation determined Robert Sickman was the driver.
Sickman, 26, surrendered to police on Tuesday, March 19, 2013. He has been charged with Accident Involving Death and D.U.I.
