Philadelphia Police Investigating Reported Sexual Assault On Dilworth Plaza
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault of a 25-year-old woman at the Occupy camp in Center City.
At about 8 p.m., police were called out to one of the Occupy tents near the 1400 block of JFK Boulevard where they say the reported assault took place.
According to police, the victim, who is from Atlantic City, rushed to the nearest payphone and called police to report the incident.
Authorities have a 50-year-old male suspect in custody. The Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victim's Unit is currently looking into the case.
