Philadelphia Police Investigate Death Of Toddler In Tacony
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are investigating the death of a toddler in the city's Tacony section. Police and medics rushed to the 6400 block of Marsden Street around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
