Philadelphia Police, FBI Seek Serial Bank Robber
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police and the FBI are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect who may have robbed at least four banks in the past week including one earlier today at the TD Bank at 4020 City Avenue.
Authorities say the suspect threatened a teller with a note saying he had a gun during each incident. The suspect fled on foot after getting the money each time. No one has been injured in any of the robberies.
The suspect is described as white, in his 20s, five-seven to five-foot-nine, and very thin. He has worn hats and/or hooded sweatshirts during each robbery.
Authorities say the suspect is armed and dangerous.
