Philadelphia Police Cars Vandalized Near Parkway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - At least two Philadelphia police vehicles were vandalized overnight. Eyewitness News found two cars spray-painted in front of the 9th District, Thursday morning. This is just off the Ben Franklin Parkway.
One lieutenant's SUV had a vulgar message painted on it.
Police tell Eyewitness News multiple surveillance cameras recorded the vandals in the act.
