"I was the general manager of a quick service restaurant before I worked for Philly Pretzel Factory. I have 12 years of experience in management, seven of those being with Philly Pretzel Factory."

"My educational background is actually in history. I went to school with the intentions of becoming a high school teacher, but decided to change career paths and began working in food service management. My background in teaching is a tremendous help because there are a lot of teaching moments in management."
Do you have any advice you can give to others pursuing a career in management?
"Pull from your life experiences. Along the way, you might change your mind about your career, but if you can pull from the things in your life that drive you or your passions, you will be wildly successful."
