Philadelphia Man Charged With Sex Trafficking A Minor
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged with three counts of sex trafficking a minor by force.
Rahim McIntyre, 33, a/k/a "King Kobra," allegedly advertised various females available for prostitution online. The girls were either scantily clad or partially nude, and the ads included a phone number to call to arrange a meeting for sex.
One of these females, police say, was under 18.
McIntyre, who was arrested following an investigation by the FBI and Pa. State Police, faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years.
Officials say McIntyre's brother, Rashaad McIntyre, was also charged with the sex trafficking of minors as well as the production of child pornography back in December 2012.
