Philadelphia Man Banned From Willow Grove Mall After Peeping At Undressed Women

WILLOW GROVE, Pa. (CBS) -- A 21-year-old Philadelphia man has been banned from a suburban shopping mall after he pleaded guilty to peeping at women in a department store dressing room.
A Montgomery County judge sentenced Tyrek Henly of Nolan Street to one year probation and 24 hours of community service on misdemeanor charges of defiant trespass and invasion of privacy, but also banned him from the Willow Grove Mall.
Authorities say Henly was crouched down in a stall in the women's fitting room at Macy's last October, looking into another stall, watching a woman try on a dress. She told police he was only wearing a shirt.
Henly fled, but was later identified and arrested by Abington police this past March when he returned to the store.
Montgomery County prosecutor Abby Silverman calls it "creepy."
"He did not offer any explanation," she tells KYW Newsradio. "However, in the original affidavit of probable cause, when he originally spoke to police, he did say that he just wanted to see the women without any clothes on."
According to police, Henly admitted entering the dressing room last October and told them it was sexually gratifying for him.
The judge also ordered a psychological evaluation.
