Philadelphia Makes List Of Top Cities For Trick-or-Treating, Again
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – With Halloween on the horizon, real estate blog Zillow has released its annual list of the top U.S. cities for trick-or-treating.
Based on "four equally weighted data variables" – the Zillow Home Value Index, population density, walkability score and local crime data – San Francisco came out on top, with Boston and Honolulu in second and third place.
So, where did the City of Brotherly Love rank?
According to Zillow, we're 10th on the list, behind Portland and ahead of Minneapolis.
And within Philly city limits, Mount Airy was rated the top neighborhood to trick-or-treat in. Chestnut Hill, Fairmount, Manayunk and South Philly rounded out the best neighborhoods.
It should come as no surprise that Philadelphia made the list – the city came in ninth place in both 2012 and 2011.
