PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It's Super Bowl weekend, but that doesn't mean you have to save the celebration for Sunday. Even if the Birds aren't playing in the big game this year, you know this weekend is still full of action and celebration every year.
CBS News Philadelphia compiled a list of events in our area ahead of the Super Bowl so you can have an action-packed weekend before we're glued to our TVs Sunday night, solely for the commercials and Usher, of course.
Events, festivals, live performances this weekend
Cupid's Undie Run at Xfinity Live
Dancing and drinking at the nation's largest pantless party all for a good cause? Sounds like the perfect pregame for Valentine's Day next week!
The Cupid's Undie Run is back in town this Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Runners will hit the pavement at around 2 p.m. starting at Xfinity Live!
Cupid's Undie Run works to find a cure for NF, a group of genetic conditions that cause tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. NF affects 1 in every 2,000 births, according to the event's website.
Runners who are interested still have time to register for Saturday's fun run as an individual or with a team.
ALT 104.5 Winter Jawn at Xfinity Live
Xfinity Live is packing it in this weekend. The ALT 104.5 Winter Jawn party is back Saturday at none other than Xfinity Live.
At Winter Jawn, you can enjoy performances by The Maine, SHAED, Barns Courtney, DJ Reed Streets and a special solo acoustic set from Matt Quinn of Mt. Joy!
The event is free but you need a ticket to get in! Doors open at 11 a.m. and the show starts at noon.

Tinashe at the Brooklyn Bowl
Tinashe's BB/ANG3L TOUR is coming to town! The R&B pop singer will be at the Brooklyn Bowl Saturday at 8 p.m.
Fans can also score a ticket to the tour's after party at NOTO! Tickets for the show begin at $70.36.
General admission tickets to the after party vary. There is a six ticket limit for purchases.
Stevie Nicks at the Hard Rock Atlantic City
The mystic queen of rock will be in the Garden State this weekend! You can catch Stevie Nicks at the Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena.
Tickets to see the Edge of Seventeen singer will be ooh, baby, ooh, just as steep as you probably expected. Ticketmaster has tickets to see the show starting at $350. Doors open at 7 p.m. Show starts at 8 p.m.
DJ James Kennedy at the Borgata Hotel Atlantic City
James Kennedy will be pumping up the party over at the Premier Nightclub in the Borgata Hotel this Saturday.
When he's not stirring the pot, dropping sassy one liners, or coming for Tom Sandoval, the Vanderpump Rules reality star is growing and honing in on his side hustle as a DJ.
Early bird tickets to see Kennedy start at $20, but you have to arrive between 10 and 11 p.m. Regular general admission tickets to see the Vanderpump star start at $45. Show starts at 10 p.m.
Hannah Berner at the Hard Rock Atlantic City
The standup comedian and Giggly Squad podcast co-host will perform at Sound Waves at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City this Saturday night.
Berner first came into the spotlight during her Bravo days on the hit reality TV show "Summer House." After leaving the show, she started a podcast with her "Summer House" co-star and fashion influencer, Paige Desorbo. Berner is known for her "Han on the Street" bits where she gets real and raunchy with celebrities in short social media videos.
The show begins at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $59.
Theresa Caputo at Ocean Casino Atlantic City
A Long Island legend will head south to Atlantic City this weekend too. Theresa Caputo, also known as the Long Island Medium will be at the Ovation Hall at Ocean Casino Resort this Saturday. Doors open at 7 p.m. Show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets to see the medium in action start at $49.
"Mrs Doubtfire" at the Academy of Music
Theater lovers looking to catch a show this weekend have no fear, Mrs Doubtfire is here!
Rob McClure will reprise his Tony-nominated Broadway performance on tour alongside co-star and real wife, Maggie Lakis in this internationally acclaimed hit musical critics, according to Ensemble Arts Philly's website.
The show run time is about two hours and 35 minutes including intermission.
Tickets for this Saturday night's showing start at $25. "Mrs Doubtfire" will be in town through Sunday, Feb. 18.
Delaware Valley sports this weekend
Philadelphia 76ers vs. Atlanta Hawks
Catch the 76ers take on the Hawks on their home turf Friday night. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. Tickets start at just $24.
Philadelphia Flyers vs. Seattle Kraken
The Flyers will face off against the Seattle Kraken this Saturday night at the Wells Fargo Center. The match starts at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $55.
Delaware Blue Coats vs. Austin Spurs
CBS News Philadelphia's favorite NBA G League basketball team will go head to head against the Austin Spurs Saturday night.
