Philadelphia Corrections Officer's Home Target Of Firebomb

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Authorities are investigating a firebombing incident that targeted a Frankford home early Saturday morning. Police say it's the same home where a 25-year-old man was shot and killed two weeks ago.
About 5:30 in the morning, police say someone threw at least five Molotov cocktails at the home in the 1200 block of Adams Avenue. Three landed on one side of the home, one on the other side, and one went through a window of the home. Police say that Molotov cocktail did not ignite. No one was injured inside, and a neighbor called it an amateur attack.
Police say it's the same home where Victor Guzman, a Philadelphia corrections officer, lives—and where his 25-year-old stepson was killed (see related story).
On May 20th, police say an argument led to gunfire and the death of Edward Pagan, a father of two. Guzman was also shot but not critically hurt, reportedly trying to save Pagan. Police have since announced that they are looking for Jalil Cooper, a 20-year-old from the 4200 block of Penn Street, who is wanted in connection with this story.
Neighbors say this is an attempt at "witness elimination, not intimidation." They say this all stems from a feud they call "petty" that has been going on for a year.
"We are trying to find a solution to all this chaos that is going on. You can't find words to describe it. All you can do is try to be here and help the individual families that we can," said Richard Dukes, a community activist.
Police are still investigating Pagan's death and this latest incident.
