The suspect used a knife to violently attack Hackett and the knife stopped barely an inch from her throat.
As she screamed for help after being slammed against a wall, the robber took off with her purse, which was later recovered in the 800 block of Kenilworth St.
Investigators say a tip from a homeowner near the crime scene led to Harley's arrest. A $15,000 reward was being offered in connection with the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
