Pennsylvania Ballet Shames Eagles On Facebook
"No, the Eagles have not played like they were wearing tutus."
Lesson for the day, Eagles Fans: Don't mess with ballerinas. A Facebook user recently commented that the Eagles "played like they were wearing tutus," after last week's loss to Washington, and the Pennsylvania Ballet did not take kindly to that.
Here's the message the ballet sent out this past Wednesday on their Facebook page:
They ended the response with:
"So no, the Eagles have not played like they were wearing tutus. If they had, Chip Kelly would still be a head coach and we'd all be looking forward to the playoffs."

As of late Monday afternoon, the post was shared on Facebook more than 13,000 times.
"It's not easy, its very athletic, everyday is very athletic," said Pennsylvania Ballet Dancer Holly Lynn Fusco in an interview with CBS 3 Eyewitness News on Tuesday.
"Football is very entertaining but so is ballet like come see what all of our hard work that we do everyday just like a football player," said Fusco.
"Ballet dancers are artists first and foremost but they're incredibly athletic. I like to say it takes the understanding of patterns and choreography the way they football players have ... it's the versatility of moves that a basketball player has, it's the coordination of a hockey player and the timing of a baseball player," said Pennsylvania Ballet Marketing Manager Jonathan Stiles.
"Our dancers don't have a second string that can come in when they're tired and need a little break, they don't have an injury timeout if they roll an ankle they have to keep smiling and keep going."
