Penn Wood High School Will Run Double Shifts To Handle Post-Arson Scheduling

LANSDOWNE, Pa. (CBS) -- It will be back to school on Wednesday for students at Penn Wood High School in Delaware County, the scene of an arson fire last week.
The 800 students from Penn Wood's fire-damaged Green Avenue Campus in Lansdowne will be attending split sessions at the Cypress Street campus in Yeadon for the rest of the school year, starting Wednesday.
Before the fire last Thursday, juniors and seniors went to the Green Avenue campus and freshmen and sophomores were at Cypress Street (see related story). Now, they'll all be in the same building -- upperclassmen in the morning (6:45am until 10:50am), and underclassmen after that (11:10am until 4pm).
School officials have been coordinating classroom assignments and reconfiguring bus transportation.
Investigators say there were multiple points of origin in last Thursday's arson (see related story). The investigation continues but so far there are no arrests.
