Penn State Makes 2012 Top Party School List
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The list is in, and two local universities made the cut.
Newsweek rates the top 25 party schools by using a methodology that includes colleges considered to be a best-fit for students interested in partying, the number of on-campus arrests and disciplinary actions for drugs and alcohol, and whether a school made it on Princeton Review's top lists of party schools or beer-drinking schools.
With an undergraduate enrollment of 38,954, disciplinary actions equaling 674, and arrests equaling 967, Penn State has been ranked second on Newsweek's 2012 list of top party schools.
