Pedestrian Struck By Car In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A pedestrian is in critical condition after being struck by a car in Northeast Philadelphia early Thursday morning.
The accident happened near the intersection of Tacony and Comly Streets in the city's Tacony neighborhood.
The victim was rushed to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
Investigators say the driver of the striking vehicle did stop at the scene. So far, no charges have been filed.
The accident remains under police investigation.
