Pedestrian Struck And Killed By Train In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train at the SEPTA North Broad Street station in North Philadelphia.

The accident involving an outbound Lansdale-Doylestown train happened at about 7 a.m.

Trains temporarily bypassed the station, but service has since been restored.
