Pedestrian Dies After Being Hit By Car In Gloucester County
BLACKWOOD, NJ (CBS) – One person is dead after being hit by a car in Gloucester County.
The accident happened on Friday around 5:17 p.m. when a pedestrian was crossing the southbound lanes of State Highway 42 (Black Horse Pike) at Whitman Drive.
The victim, who had stepped off the curb and was crossing when traffic had a green light, was struck by a 1991 Cadillac. He was transported to Kennedy Memorial Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
