Pat Ciarrocchi Travels To Denver For Exclusive Interview With Archbishop Chaput
Philadelphia (CBS)-- CBS 3 Anchor Pat Ciarrocchi traveled to Denver last week for a rare one-one one sit-down with Archbishop Charles Chaput, who will be installed as Archbishop of Philadelphia on September 8. The first part of Ciarrocchi's TV exclusive with Philadelphia's new Archbishop will air tomorrow, September 1 on Eyewitness News at 5 and 6 p.m. Additional segments will air this weekend and Monday. In the more than one-hour of exclusive access, Ciarrocchi says the Archbishop covered a wide range of topics. "There were no limits on what I could ask and no questions went unanswered," she says. Ciarrocchi has covered the Church extensively in her tenure at CBS 3. She has done some of her most memorable work at the Vatican where she reported live at the canonization of St. Katherine Drexel in 2000 and at the funeral of Pope John Paul II in 2005.
