Snow Causing Accidents, Travel Delays In Philadelphia Region
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The snow is causing heavy traffic in the Philadelphia area.
One lane of I-95 South just south of I-676 has reopened after a vehicle fire had briefly closed that section of the road.
PennDOT has also enacted reduced speed limits on all major bridges in the area.
