Caught On Video: Suspect Steals Papal Flag Days Before Pope Visit
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are on the hunt for suspects captured on video taking a Papal flag from a home in South Philadelphia.
Police say around 6:30 a.m. on September 22, the suspects circled the 600 block of South 27th Street.
Authorities say during the third circle, one suspect got out of the vehicle and took a Papal flag from the victim's residence.
