Amber Alert Cancelled For 3-Year-Old Girl In Luzerne County; Child Safe
LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- UPDATE: Police have cancelled an Amber Alert issued for a three-year-old girl in Luzerne County.
Authorities say the girl and the man who reportedly took her have been located and the toddler is safe.

Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for a three-year-old girl in Nescopeck Borough, Luzerne County.
Pennsylvania State Police at Shickshinny is searching for Ava Byrne. She is described as a white female, with brown hair, and was wearing only a diaper.
Police say she was last seen on Vine Street in Nescopeck Borough at 12:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say she was reported abducted by Robert Byrne, a 24-year-old, white male, about 5'9", and weighing 215 pounds.
Authorities say he has brown eyes and black hair and is driving a 2004 Silver Hyundai Elantra with PA registration HKB-4681.
