Pa. Attorney General Goes After Bucks Wedding Photographer For Failing To Deliver

LEVITTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- The Pennsylvania attorney general's office has filed a civil lawsuit against a Bucks County wedding videographer accused of taking deposits from clients but failing to produce everything he promised.
The lawsuit accuses Kenneth Stillman Jr. of Levittown of illegal business practices. Prosecutors claim he failed to deliver wedding video products and services that were contracted for with clients.
The state began receiving numerous complaints last year and started an investigation.
Lauren Bozart, a spokeswoman for the attorney general, says her office believes there may be more people out there victimized by Stillman.
"Weddings are those types of events that brides look forward to getting their video and looking back at it," she says, "and this type of business practice is egregious."
According the lawsuit, Stillman began marketing his services in 2005 and some couples who were married in 2009 who still haven't received their videos.
The lawsuit claims he charged between $1,800 and $3,000 for his services and required a $600 deposit.
The suit seeks full restitution and asks for civil penalties against Stillman.
