Overturned Vehicle Causing Major Delays On Ben Franklin Bridge
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An overturned vehicle is causing a major backup on the Ben Franklin Bridge, westbound into the city.
The cleanup is blocking the left lane and traffic is barely moving.
The backup is almost all the way to the Route 42 Freeway.
A tractor-trailer, that was hauling lumber, overturned near the base of bridge, spilling its entire load of lumber on the ground.
