Over A Dozen People Displaced By Pottstown Fire

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A multi-alarm Pottstown fire quickly spread and damaged several row homes in the 200 block of Union Alley Sunday morning. No injuries were reported.
The fire prompted the evacuation of at least 16 people when the blaze was discovered around 7:00 a.m. It took local firefighters nearly 90 minutes to bring the fire under control.
The Red Cross was called in to assist those in need of shelter. A clean up and investigation is now underway in an effort to determine a cause. There were no injuries.
