One Of Nation's Top Fishing Tournaments Stops In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - More than 100 of the world's best anglers are taking over the Delaware River as part of one of the country's largest fishing tournaments.
For the first time in its more than three decade history, the Bass Masters Fishing Tournament is making a stop in Philadelphia. And the consensus from the anglers is the Delaware River is a pretty tough place to fish:
"I would say on a difficulty score on this place I would give it a 10," this angler tells KYW Newsradio. "I mean it's pretty difficult navigating and understanding it, it's one of the hardest ones I ever fished and what do the spectators think."
Even Mayor Nutter came out on the first day to enjoy the sights and sounds.
"It's a great honor to have these professionals in our city, a lot of tourism activity taking place," Nutter says.
The four-day event wraps on Sunday.
