One Dead After Shooting In Hunting Park
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One person is dead after being shot in the Hunting Park section of the city late Friday night.
Police responded to the scene on the 4500 block of N 8th Street, where they found 28-year-old John McCorkle suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
McCorkle was transported to Temple University Hospital in critical condition and died at the hospital shortly thereafter.
The shooting is under investigation.
