Two Arrested After Police Pursuit Ending At Frankford Residence
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are on the scene in the Frankford section of the city after a lengthy police pursuit.
The incident began on I-95 near Bensalem, where two men with firearms were spotted inside a red Durango. The car exited the highway at southbound Exit 27, where it was seen in the 4300 block of Worth Street.
Police continued to pursue the vehicle to Frankford Avenue and Torresdale Avenue, where one of the men inside the Durango reportedly pointed a gun at police.
The vehicle was then found at 4202 Orchard Street in Philadelphia unoccupied. The suspects were seen running into a house at 4144 Orchard Street, where police set up a barricade outside.
Police were able to apprehend both suspects.
