Officials Quickly Scrap Plans For 'Francis Fields'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia has already ended plans for 'Francis Fields' when the Pope comes to town in a couple of weeks.
It was supposed to be a campground in Fairmount Park to host visitors during the Papal visit.
Campers would have paid around $200 to stay at the grounds, which were supposed to include many amenities such as restrooms, food vendors and much more.
The City Office of Emergency Management says this was canceled not too long after the announcement earlier this week due to lack of interest.
