Officer Injured In Accident In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A police officer was injured in an accident on Friday evening in Northeast Philadelphia.
Police say while conducting a car stop on Woodhaven Road and Roosevelt Boulevard, the officer's patrol car was struck in the rear by a passing vehicle.
The striking vehicle did stop and stay at the scene.
The officer suffered minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.
